Our Policy Is…

All packages and services are contracted by the client and therefore a service contract is neccessary. The service contract lists the work to be completed by us and a price for the service, to be paid by the client. The contract must be signed and returned to us, along with the first payment (if it applies), before work can begin Accepted payment types for Torchlight Technologies services are check, money order, electronic funds transfer, Visa or Mastercard.

Billing Practices

Torchlight Technologies practices progress billing. For long term projects, a bill will be drafter every month or biweekly, depending on the stipulations in the agreement. We bill between Net-15 and Net-45 depending on the length of the project and amount due. Under special circumstances, Torchlight will allow a customer to enter into a payment plan with Torchlight for services rendered. If customer is under a service agreement and an invoice is delinquent for more than 45 days, services will be halted until arrangements are made between Torchlight Technologies and the customer.

Our Services:

All services are billed by the half-hour and clients are only billed for time spent working on their sites. The client will be given an estimated time to complete the service. Torchlight Technologies does it’s best to complete projects within the estimated time frame and budget and will do it’s best to make it happen. In the case of large projects, customer will be billed on a project basis rather than hourly.
